Surrounded by the raw natural bushland Rainbow Beach is known for, Orania House delivers the best of both worlds, spanning four levels with ample shared living spaces, each level has been thoughtfully designed to offer space to relax with a backdrop of ocean and bushland views. No matter which floor you occupy, rest assured all beds at Orania House are queen or king-sized, and prepared with luxury bedding, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

Two of the spacious bedrooms are found on the ground floor, with one opening out to the 25-metre pool and manicured lawns and gardens. The ground floor also offers a double lock-up garage for secure and convenient parking. Just a short walk from the manicured gardens of Orania House, is a stunning beach perfect for lazy days on the sand.

The second level is where guests can come together to enjoy the shared indoor and outdoor living spaces. The open plan kitchen and dining area are the heart of the home. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, as well as anything you could need to create a culinary masterpiece.

Alongside the dining space, the lounge beckons with its plush seating, an extra large smart TV, and balcony with sun lounges for moments of relaxation and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Air-conditioning is found throughout the shared living areas to ensure comfort in the summer months, and iconic David Bromley artwork can be found throughout the home, accenting the coastal elegance of Orania House.

Two more spacious bedrooms are located on this level, both with ensuites and access to the outdoor areas. The outdoor living and dining space, complete with a built-in pizza oven, overlooks the tranquil pool, inviting you to enjoy alfresco dining as you gather with loved ones to create unforgettable moments.

The room is designed to open up to the expansive views, making the most of the coastal breezes and view.
